Chair: Joanna Lee

10.00 to 10.15am Introductions and zoom housekeeping

10.15 – 11.20 Speaker: Penny Pickles

In her talk, Penny will discuss and expand on the report Responsible Retirement, produced by the task group she chaired and submitted to the BPC in 2017. She will return to the recommendations the group made to the BPC and consider why a number of them have not been taken up. In particular, she will look at the difficulties facing clinical trustees as well as consider issues around fitness to practice and attitudes to retirement.

Joanna will give a brief response followed by Q&A’s
