Geraldine writes: 'I’m taking a second look at my 2018 paper about Horace. Field theories may be another way of looking at the shared respiratory symptom. I speculate that the psycho-social and psychosomatic can then both be seen as aspects of a complex field created by the clinical encounter.'

About the Speaker

Geraldine Godsil is a training and supervising analyst who has worked in the NHS and in private practice and has taught and supervised on the router programme in Estonia. She has an interest in supervising complex clinical cases where unrepresented states are often communicated through the body.
