Your wellbeing is our priority — we’re here to help you stay supported during your training.

If You Are Struggling

If you are currently struggling or experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your GP immediately.

Below you will find key organisations offering support via phone, text or online, wherever you are.

If you are struggling with your mental health, please consider the following:

  • Talk to a friend, family member or your tutor — they can support you and help you access services.
  • Register with a local GP so you can discuss how you’re feeling and explore support options, such as medication or referrals.

Signs you may be in crisis include:

  • Isolating yourself or engaging in risky behaviour (e.g., alcohol or drug misuse)
