Ms Shauna McVeigh
About
I am Shauna McVeigh, a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, where I trained at both WPF and BPF.
I have experience supporting individuals with a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, identity, self-confidence and self-esteem, neurodiversity, relationship difficulties, loss, parenting and pregnancy-related concerns.
I offer a warm, open, and compassionate space where we can explore the issues at hand, as well as the underlying patterns that may be shaping how we navigate life.
I believe that each person is unique. While we may share similar experiences, we internalize and process them in our own individual ways.
I began my career as an Occupational Psychologist, gaining international experience. Recognising the growing need for personal development within the workplace, I transitioned into coaching. To address the deeper issues affecting employees, I pursued training in psychotherapy, which has enriched my ability to support clients. I continue to offer coaching as a separate practice to psychotherapy working at H3.
I am accredited by the UKCP and the BPC and adhere to their code of ethics. Additionally, I am an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS) as an Occupational Psychologist and am registered with the HCPC.
