About
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it often takes courage to reach out. I aim to provide a nurturing and supportive space where you can speak freely, and where we can reflect together to begin to make sense of your experiences.
Talking can be a powerful way to find clarity and foster change. Through conversation and reflection, new perspectives and possibilities for growth often begin to emerge.
There is no fixed structure to our sessions. You’re invited to bring whatever feels important — your current situation, personal difficulties, or moments of change or uncertainty. I pay attention to the whole of your experience, both spoken and unspoken, and together we might explore your dreams, present challenges, and earlier life experiences that continue to shape you.
When you get in touch, I usually offer one or two initial consultations to think together about starting therapy. I provide psychodynamic counselling and psychotherapy for adults. Sessions last 50 minutes and are typically held once a week at a regular time.
