bpf Foundation Course: Online Open Evening

If you are interested in exploring psychotherapy as a potential new career, this webinar will provide an overview of the bpf Foundation Course. Urvashi Chand, course director, will cover: 

• What’s it like to work as a psychotherapist  

• What is required to change careers to become a qualified psychotherapist 

• What you'll study on the bpf Foundation Course, as well as the structure and topics covered 

• How the course can help you to gain clinical experience, even if you have no prior relevant experience 

• The different study options (completely online or in person) and the time commitment required 

• What support is offered and how the tutorials work 

• How to apply

Speaker Biography:  

Urvashi Chand worked for many years in the British Film and Television industry. She read Philosophy at the University of London and began training as a Psychotherapist at the London Centre for Psychotherapy graduating from WPF Therapy in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. She was a recipient of the Jafar Kareem Intercultural Therapy Bursary and is currently in her final year of training to become a Jungian Analyst at the BJAA. She runs the BPF foundation course, works in private practice in Mapesbury, and teaches on various psychotherapy trainings in London.
